It all started with an idea. Create spaces that people would feel at home in. Use local artwork. Provide exceptional service. Recommend the best places in town. Curate and provide a stay for guests that had the amenities of a hotel with the privacy of a home.

In 2017, OC Stays was born. Fast forward to 2024 and we manage (5) properties in our portfolio and have hosted over 5000 nights here in our hometown. We absolutely love our little town of Ocean City and just want to share the best parts of it with others. There are tons of rental companies out there, so we appreciate you considering staying with us for your visit to Ocean City. We really try to be as available as possible so please reach out to us with any questions before, during, or after your stay :)

We are currently looking to manage a few more properties, so reach out to us if you need someone small and local to manage your property. Just as a heads up, we are very intentional with our management and will prioritize small waterfront units vs. larger spaces :)
